Liebherr delivers its second MTC78000

Liebherr has installed its second MTC 78000 heavy lift offshore crane on the OSA Sampson which is one of the largest heavy lift vessels destined for platform reconditioning, pipe laying and offshore wind turbine erection in the world.

The MTC 78000 can lift 1,600 tons at up to 35 meters radius through 360 degrees. At its maximum main boom radius of 74 meters, this crane has about 530 tons lift capacity.
