Cat Engines to Power Schwing Stationary Pumps

Schwing and Caterpillar have announced that Cat diesel engines will power Schwing stationary concrete pumps.The SP-305, SP-750-15 and SP-750-18 stationary concrete pumps will be the first units to receive Cat engines as standard equipment.

Schwing and Caterpillar have announced that Cat diesel engines will power Schwing stationary concrete pumps. The SP-305, SP-750-15 and SP-750-18 stationary concrete pumps will be the first units to receive Cat engines as standard equipment.

Eventually, the entire line of stationary pumps (towable and non-towable) will feature Cat engines ranging from 50 to 630 horsepower. Common distributorships between the two companies and worldwide parts and service capabilities drove the decision, said Tom O'Malley, Schwing's vice president of sales and marketing.
