New Amphibious Excavator with Slurry Pump for Dredging

In early March, Sinoway has finished his first amphibious excavator with slurry pump for dredging application. Actually, this is also the first dredging excavator in China.
This new amphibious excavator has been developed as per one of our customer with special application request. The swamp excavator is supposed to be working and crossing the river with maximum depth of 12 meters, and suction slurry from the river to the bank. After some time researching, design and testing, we end it up with a newly addition.
The new amphibious excavator comes with two sub-pontoons, connected to the original pontoons, to enable the machine float in the waters, and also to earn more stability when operating in the middle of the river, especially the dredging work is required in one side of the machine. In order to fix the machine during the running water, we have attached a stub pile through each sub-pontoon, which keep the excavator still after driving the pile into riverbed, and the length of the piles can be designed according to the watering depth of your applications.
As for the pump, various sizes of capacities are available now. The pump is with high torque cutter drive with motor through planetary transmission gear box, and is driven by the hydraulic system built in the top excavator. Connected to floating pipes or dredging hosed, the slurry or sands could be delivered directly to river bank, the rest will be the job of loaders and tippers.
