Low Ground Pressure Excavator Undercarriage Chassis Delivered

Sinoway just handed over 6 sets tracked excavator undercarriage with low-bearing ground pressure.

Sinoway SWU200 low ground pressure undercarriage is a high floatation, high-mobility, tracked undercarriage designed to support 18tons-23tons conventional excavators. The design structure of undercarriage make it get increased mobility over severe terrain conditions such as sand, mud, muskeg, swamp, and snow, where conventional excavators would encounter difficulty.

SWU serial tracked undercarriage is composed mainly by three parts, one set central H-Frame plus two track systems (Left side & right side). H-frame is bolted to the track structure at each side. Travelling system is driven by four hydraulic piston motors which produce much stronger torque and power. The rubber solid wheels are idlers which can help for higher travelling speed compared to the conventional track rollers.

Compare with traditional tracked undercarriage chassis, SWU200 low-bearing ground pressure undercarriage chassis has some advantages as follows,
