Sinoway Rubber Track Crawler Undercarriage -A Versatile Solution for Modern Mobility

In the world of construction, agriculture, forestry, and specialized machinery, mobility is everything. Rubber track crawler undercarriages have emerged as a game-changing solution for machines that require stable, low-impact traction over a variety of terrains. By combining flexibility, durability, and lower ground pressure, rubber track crawler offer performance benefits that make them indispensable in both light and heavy-duty applications.

A rubber track crawler undercarriage is a track-driven system mounted beneath a machine to provide mobility and support. It replaces traditional wheeled undercarriages with continuous rubber tracks that loop around a system of rubber solid tires and sprockets. These components work together to distribute the machine’s weight more evenly, enhancing stability and traction.

SINOWAY rubber track chassis system mainly consists of three parts, a central H-frame and two sets of rubber track systems (left and right). The H-frame is fixed to the track structure on each side with bolts. The walking system is driven by four Doosan hydraulic motors, generating stronger torque and power. Rubber solid wheels are as idlers that help improve driving speed compared to traditional track rollers. The floating connection between 4 solid tires and the frame greatly increases the service life and adaptability to rough terrain. The U-shaped high-strength steel track cleats and thick rubber tracks are supported by four large solid rubber wheels, with high wear resistance and suitable for most terrain applications.

SINOWAY rubber track crawler undercarriage can easily be mounted with any brand name of excavators which operating weight is from 20 ton to 23 ton. Its low ground pressure tracks allow it to easily operate in deep mud, snow, rock, muskeg and steep inclines where wheeled equipment fails.
