Project: Slag treatment-crushing and transportation
Brief information;
4500 ton slag to be crushed each day and transported to the discharging site which is 80km away from the plant, two crushing line will be involved with capacities of one for 100 ton/h and another 150 ton/h, working hours to be 18 hours per day.

Project background;
To extract and move about 2.1 to 2.3 million tons of limestone per year out of two open pits, the first pit, located just north of the plant is 2800 x 3600 m and the second is 2700 x 5800 m, the closest point being 4.5km from the plant while the other is 8 km. Depth of pit one is as little as 5m to 20 m and pit two also form 5 m but then to a maximum of 35m. Each pit accounts for about half the production.
Four loading points will be in use in each pit, but no more than two of them will be mine simultaneously. There are two discharging point close together. After blasting, 90% the material is going to be load on the dump truck with wheel loaders, and the rest 10% with hydraulic excavator.
In this project, customer was intend to work with single shift as 8.5 working hours per shift, 5.5 days a week, 253 days a year. With this working arrangement, the equipment fleet required would be more than USD15.2 million, and the total number of equipments would be 28 units. After several serious calculations with our project team, Sinoway submitted a proposal for two working shifts with 8.5 hours, 5.5 days per week and 253 days per year, the final cost of the machinery is USD7.9 million with 20 units of equipment in total, a 48% of the equipment investment was saved.
