Refuse Compactor to Argentina

Sinoway will deliver one 23 tonnes refuse compactor to our South America customer shortly.

In the waste handling and recycling industry, compaction plays a big role in reducing the size of waste matter so that more of it can be stored. Sinoway SWLC223 landfill compactors are able to handle waste on landfills in the most cost-efficient way. It is equipped with 178 kw powerful diesel engine and power shift transmission. Four specially designed walking wheels simultaneously play a role in compacting and crushing garbage. The drive axle is equipped with a no-spin differential lock, which maintains strong driving force even if one compaction wheel slips or hangs in the air. A fully enclosed box frame structure can prevents garbage from entering the interior of the machine effectively, while avoiding machine friction and failure.

Standard SKF centralized lubrication system can automatically and quantitatively inject oil into the main lubrication points for normal lubrication, ensuring the normal operation of the machine and reducing the labor intensity of maintenance personnel.

The equipped liquid medicine spray device can be used for pesticide spraying and pest control when necessary.

ROPS cab of compactor is spacious, with a wide view and convenient operation of various joysticks and buttons. A cooling and heating air conditioning device in cab ensure a healthy and comfortable operating environment for the driver.

Sinoway SWLC223 landfill compactor can handle and compact over 60 tons of garbage per hour. Suitable for landfills with a daily processing capacity of 150-300 tons, capable of compacting garbage below 0.4 tons/m3 to over 0.8-0.9 tons/m3.
