Log Washer to Go

Aggregate washing is an important process used in many industries, such as construction, mining, and quarrying. This process is used to remove dirt and other impurities from aggregates such as rocks, gravel, and sand. By removing these unwanted particles, the feed gradation can be changed to meet the design specifications.

Log washer is a kind of special equipment to remove tough, plastic clay contaminants and other deleterious materials from gravel, stone, aggregates and hard ore feeds via material-on-material scrubbing. It is mainly composed of a transmission device, a spiral, a tank body, a lower support, an overflow tank, etc.,

Relying on a propeller fixed on the transmission shaft to clean the blades and continuously cut and stir the ore and mud, causing the mud to completely break. Mud and ore are separated, and the mud is discharged through the overflow port. The washed ore is pushed to the discharge port to complete the ore washing process. Mainly used for washing ores with high mud volume, high viscosity, and difficulty in washing.
