SWS250K Skidder is About To Deliver

Sinoway SWS250K log skidder has loaded into 40 feet FR and will left Shanghai port a few days later.

A skidder or log skidder is a type of forestry and logging equipment used in a logging operation for pulling cut trees out of a forest in which the logs are transported from the cutting site to a landing or roadside. There they are loaded onto truck and sent to the mill.

Sinoway SWS250K skidder is wheeled drive which built on an articulated chassis with the cab and engine mounted on the forward articulation and either a cable drum mounted on the rear articulation. The cable or winch is reeled out and attached to a pull of cut timber, and then the winch pulls the load toward the skidder. The winch holds the trees while the skidder drags them to a landing area or roadside.

SWS250K is equipped with a 10 liter powerful engine from Baumach, characterized by a high torque in the lower speed range.

Parallel axis power shift gearbox, electro-hydraulic control, with automatic gear shift switch (KD function), four gears in front and four behind, advanced performance, providing smooth gear shifting, simplifying driver operation, effectively reducing driver workload, and adapting to the requirements of various operating conditions.

Adopting a maintenance free multi disc wet drive axle, with lubrication cycle system structure featuring brake maintenance free and forced internal lubrication function. The front axle is equipped with a limited slip differential to prevent tire slippage.

A typically small blade mounted on the front that can be used to push material out of the way and level small ground obstructions.

Sinoway SWS250K forestry skidder can be fitted two winches which can produce 20 ton and 25 ton pull fore separately to meet different demand.
