1. 2010 Import Statistical Analysis of China’s Loaders

China total import volume of loaders from January to August in 2010 was the most in recent five years. From the view of import revenue, China’s total import of loaders from January to August in 2010 increased by nearly 90% comparing with the same period in 2009. This should be due to below two main reasons. One is the quality and tonnage requirement of the imported loader of this year are relatively high. The other reason is the appreciation of Euro and Yen relative to RMB, which caused the growth of the import revenue. From the review of current development trend, China’s total annual imports of loader should be similar with 2009, about 750 units or so.

From the view of Import revenue, China’s import volume of loader from January to August of 2010 was flat with the same period of last year, but the cumulative import revenue has reached more than 60 million US dollars, increased by over 80% comparing to the same period last year. The main reason is the tonnage of the imported products and the relevant exchange rate.

There are 16 major import source countries for China’s loader import, including the United States, accounting for about 50% of the total loader import of China; followed by Japan, accounting for about 20%; In addition, Sweden, the UK has accounted for about 10% respectively; finally also include South Korea, Australia, Canada and other countries.

2. 2010 Export Statistical Analysis of China’s Loaders’

China’s total export volume of loader from January to August of 2010 reached 9500 units, increased by 60% comparing with the same period of 2009, but still lower than the 23% of the same period in 2008. Since January, China’s export volume of loader began a steady increase; the sales volume reached 1300 in March, and reached the maximum export volume of 1375 units in April. From the current condition, China’s cumulative export volume of loader of 2010 has reached 14000 units or more.

From the view of export revenue, the total export revenue of loader from January to August of 2010 reached over 500 million US dollars, increased by 60% comparing with the same period of 2009, but decreased by 26% comparing with the same period of 2008.

So far, the major countries for China loader export include 157 countries and regions, and the major countries including: Brazil, accounting for 9% of China total export volume of loaders; followed by Iran, accounting for about 6.5%; Algeria and Libya accounted for about 6% respectively; Argentina, Russia and Kazakhstan accounted for more than 5%; the rest also includes Germany, the United States and Vietnam, etc.
