High Energy Impact Rollers Sail to America

Two sets pentagon impact roller and one set trilateral impact roller have been loaded into containers at Shanghai warehouse recently. They will leave Shanghai port for Long Beach port, USA shortly.

High Energy Impact Compaction (HEIC) or Rolling Dynamic Compaction (RDC) is a soil improvement technology that involves a heavy non circular module (normally with trilateral or pentagon) that rotates around an angle when it is pulled, causing the module to fall to the ground and dynamically compact.

3-sided impact compactor is generally used for the compaction of in situ material on sites where deep compaction is required. And the 5-sided impact compactor is a more general purpose compactor and it mainly used on earthworks where use of this impact compactor makes it possible to place material in thick layers. The 5-sided compactor is also used on in situ material on sites where only moderately deep compaction is required. In additional, it can crush and destroy the old concrete road surface fast for road updating.
